ESL have announced the invited teams for the European and North American IEM Oakland Closed Qualifiers.

ESL have already invited nine teams including G2, SK, and Astralis to IEM Oakland 2017 and the last three spots will be given away in regional qualifiers.

Taking place on October 2, the European and North American closed qualifiers will each hand out a spot at IEM Oakland. The last spot will be up for grabs in the South East Asian qualifier.

Yesterday LDLC and ex-Outlaws made it into the closed stage by finishing in the top two in the European open qualifiers. They will be joined by fnatic, North, Natus Vincere, BIG, MOUZ and Envy.

The single elimination, best-of-three European Closed Qualifier will have the following bracket:

North	vs. ex-Outlaws
Envy	vs. fnatic
MOUZ	vs. BIG
LDLC	vs. Natus Vincere

Across the Atlantic CLG, Misfits, Renegades, NRG, Luminosity, and OpTic will join the qualified teams Tempo Storm and Torqued in the North American Closed Qualifier.
